Returns of defective merchandise
Merchandise that arrives to you in defective condition will be replaced free of charge. Scentsy will ship you a new product, which will include a return shipping label and ask you to return the defective merchandise in the carton provided, and attach the provided shipping label. A debit will be credited to your account for products that are not returned upon receipt of replacement. Exchanges for reasons other than defective merchandise
Product being returned for an exchange must be unused and in resalable condition. You must pack the items in proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials and ship to Scentsy. For an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost (if applicable) to return product to Scentsy.
- For each exchange, you must include:
- the Consultant ID
- the order number
- the name of the customer who ordered the product
- a copy of the original, dated sales receipt
- the address to ship the exchanged product to
- information on what you are exchanging the product for
The risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by you, and if a return carton is lost, it is your responsibility to trace the package. Once Scentsy receives the product(s), the exchange or replacement product(s) will be shipped to you.
